Lights on 5hrs to long in flower

So left lights on 5hrs to long, at week 4 of flower now was thinking of leaving for 12 of darkness and starting my
12/12 cycle again would mean my lights come on at 12 to 12 thou. Or should I do 12 to 7 light then go back to my usual 12/12 or should I decrease the light time a hour per night for example 12 till 11 lights then 11 to 11 dark and then 11-10 light etc until I get my 7pm till 7am light cycle and help would be great full cheers guys

Don't worry about it. Your not the first one to have that kind of issue.

Just stay on a schedule from now on.

It will be fine, is only a problem of the light schedule is messed up for a prolonged period
