No cereal or toast for me this morning.

I just put 2 small eye of the round steaks I bought 2 days ago to marinate for 30 minutes.

I function best on lean protein anyways.

just had fried green tomatoes, eggs over easy, home-made sausage from a friend, buttered sourdough bread with locally produced honey all over it (and me!), a home-fried apple pie from the farmers market this morning, some dead-ripe cantaloupe, a bowl of something i was given, and finishing my glass of Liebfraumilch as i type...thinking about cheating on my diet () with some vanilla ce cream now...

French toast out if brown sugar and cinnamon swirl bread and sausage links. Making green chili burritos rice and beans for dinner tonight! And homemade enchilada sauce. I got a bunch of peperridge farms swirl bread!

well...i was up to 261. got mad, dropped 32 lbs. got weak () gained 8 lb back. this morning, back down to 229. made it to 208 once upon a time. the next week was Thanksgiving. following monday i weighed 235. ate like a wild hog for 3 days...

Dinner: smoked Polish sausage dog (with reindeer meat, beef & pork) on honey wheat berry bread, w/ reduced sugar ketchup, and home-made coleslaw from fresh garden cabbage (picked a little one and it made over 16 cups of shredded cabbage), with carrots, sweet onion, and sweet peppers.

Costa Rican French roast coffee with a touch of heavy cream, and some R/O H2O to wash down the evening Rx pill.

Back to work!!

Still have enough cabbage out there to make stir-fry and coleslaw for the next month at least.

Tested the German Butterball potatoes earlier today; pretty tasty, crisped up really nicely, and creamy texture.

Still need to test the French Fingerling and Sangre' spuds. "Tomorrow, tomorrow, I'll test them tomorrow.. It's only a day away..."
