I would quickly look through this article, trying to match pictures. I am going over their for myself now, due to some yellow spots on leaves. I would cut off one of the mangier leaves and view under powerful microscope, usually the bottom of leaf, and usually at the base. I had brown tips like that with russett mites and thrips on one grow.

Just noticed they are outside, so high probability of bugs.

Looks like a mg def to me and you need to keep your root temps above 18 , they stop taking up nutrients if the temps drop below 16.

If its just A calcium Deficiency, try to use something with just calcium and no mag. I've been using gypsum. Im also making A kinda ferment thing.. I have egg shells in one bottle and oystershells in another, but using cider vinager to extract the minerals out

itd say magnesium deficiency over clacium def. Really wish there were more mainstream options to treat it than "calmag" seems like that company has a monopoly on calcium and magnesium if you didnt amend soil before planting

Just an update guys. The problem was calcium deficiency mostly cleared up now i am happy now.
I have never grown blue dream before it is a little sensitive. The many other strains ive grown in coco never needed cal mag. So it really stumped me this grow

Its good we all post issues of our plant and have other ppl help out add the experience from there grows.

If not for this most of us would probably fail and give up.
Its great all us growers help each other thanks guys.

Reminds me of that scene in Breaking Bad where Walter White gets mad at his protege, the one that makes the coffee in the lab and later gets shot by Jesse ... "in chemistry, temperatures matter".

I would say the nutrient uptake slows greatly at lower temperatures.
I'm doing a cold weather grow right now with Purple Trainwreck x Apollo 11, and they are flowering I think in proportion to the sunlight.

They're getting about 4 hours of sunlight every other day. Night temps were in the 20's & 30's, now more in the 40's degrees F. Day temps in the 50's & 60's, though I wager when the sun comes out the plant herself gets warmer than that.

Grow won't produce much bud but I wonder if the seeds will be cold adapted ?

If I was more Walter White ish I'd stick a thermometer in the root mass and see what is going on there.

My girls are at 4weeks in flower now looking good.
Ill take some pics in the morning.

My nights temps are about 50 day time temps about 77
I think if these temps continue ill have a good harvest.

Hi guys here are the girls at 1 month into flower
Nice and healthy now.
