1st run in new 4x8 Gorilla Grow Tent

Right now they range from 73 to 77 degrees in the day and anywhere from 58 to 65 degrees at night. The temperature in the Bay Area is usually nice and moderate so my grow closet is nice and comfy in the garage. Summer time is quickly approaching and I'm thinking of splurging on an AC unit.

Exactly, I'm satisfied with the quality but the yield has me a lil bummed out but it's a learning experience that makes me want to fine tune my methods and get better and better that's the beauty in this hobby I guess. I love it though. Hey thanks for checking out my grow bro!!

careful with your amendments next time. go a little lighter on the N and heavier on the P. remember you can always add fertilizer during a grow to adjust to what the plant needs, but once a soil is amended and the plant is established, there isnt a whole lot you can do aside from transplanting to a bigger pot. Id say you did pretty damn good though man keep at it.

Man for sure. I'm actually thinking of cooking up a batch of Super Soil because I've been hearing of great results. "We shall see what we shall see"(In your best Burt Lancaster voice lol). Yo thanks for the words of encouragement dude. Peace.

Try to keep your lights off temps higher, temp difference higher than 9°F will stress your plants. Best to keep around 5-6°F day-night temp difference.

Gelato

Gelato

Gelato approaching it's 8th week of flower. This is by far the strangest plant I have grown as far as overall plant structure. But this is also the absolute dankest purple strain I have ever grown, if you can imagine what the color purple would smell like and then add in some dank funk, that's this stuff. Got on Bart today and kept smelling bomb weed and then realized it was my shirt after handling this plant right before I left. Wish I had more than one plant of this and it was quadruple in size lol. Next time.

Gorilla Glue #4

Gorilla Glue #4

Approaching week 8 of flower as well. Flushing for a week as of now. The smell on this is indescribable, not quite kush but crazy strong smelling dank for the lack of a better term I suppose. Definitely keeping some of these in the garden lol.

You ever veg em out any bigger, Harry? Tons of resin, dude!! Small plants are easy to waterlog early, and with your lights on temps in the mid 70's will take a while to dry out with little roots. Definitely second what darth said about going easier on the N. You can always add more. Also +1 on fonzee's suggestion to minimize the day/night temp variation. I run in a tent & lights on at night when the house (intake air) is in 60's & lights off when house is in 70's. I like the lights on temps up a bit from where you run for the first 1/2 of flower too. Seems like 75-low 80's lights on works best for me thru budset, then I back the light up & try to drop the temps a little via an open window to ripen.

Do you ever flower in anything other than soil? Sometimes rockwool cubes can take a while to play nice with soil, IME.

More veg, less water, and id raise the light a bit. Other than that you did good, if you want to boost yield without more veg time, add more plants and use smaller pots 2g-1g.

Remember with that 1000w you need at least 2 feet of canopy depth to get the bang for your buck.

I actually got my clones at the end of January and didn't have my setup at the time so my plants started flowering outdoors so I just kept it going when I got the tent shortly after. As far as the water logging goes I had no idea the soil would stay wet for an entire week!! Lol. Outdoors I had to water sometimes twice a week and then feed on the weekends. I'm taking the advice of the day/night temp difference guys, not exactly sure how but thanks for the insight dudes. I've only grown in soil since I got into growing, I thought about hydroponics but it's just too unforgiving for me as well as time consuming.

I have my lights running at 3/4 the power (750 watts each light). I had them running at full power twice and each time it tripped a fuse and everything cut off smh. I should probably rasie them either way. Living and learning fellas
