cannabis to form callus in micropropagation medium

will 6-bap work to form callus growth. Can someone give me a break down of a good process to tissue culture mj? Are there any other hormones that i will need? Any help would be great thanks.

ive tried MS(salts and vitamins) +1ml PPM+1ml NAA + 1ml kinetin - thought it will work nice on forming callus...and it did but unfortunately just after callus formed, lots of roots started to grow, so for next run I decided to use 1ml NAA and 0 of kinetin to form some shoots...do not have any results yet
still, the biggest problem that i had working on tc was sterilization. and not only when you transfer explant to medium tubes, but after that..you have to keep all the tubes in clean environment otherwise all the samples will be contaminated with a fungi or bacteria or both.
