875 ppm at what conversion rate Big V? .5 or .7? I started with the Lucas Formula, and evolved into a freestlyle from there. I know the basis of the Lucas Formula is to run full strength nutes at all times, but I have found bumping them up as they go like normal is beneficial. My guess is if you are at .5 conversion you might be alittle to high? What EC is it if its at .7 conversion?

On the plants with the purple leaf stems I would be running around 500-600 ppm. 1.0-1.2 EC

Cal Mag is great, I add 1/2 tsp per gallon for good measure.

Man ever try the grow formula from floranova? I run it until Day 14 flower, it is seriously rocket fuel. Nitrogen is higher then the bloom and your plants will explode!!! Today is day 9 for me, and I can hardly wait to get the stretch over with. The FNB grow works very well.

I mention it because the purple stem ones do look a little hungry for nitrogen.

Hey PureKowladge, thanks for stoppin by. I am on a .5 conversion and I am useing the FN bloom with the KO Kush right now. I ran the last KO on the regular gh 3 part Keep it simple formula and she looked great all the way through veg but never made it to flower as I sacraficed the entire plant to cuttings. I grew this pheno out in soil and she was the bomb. I am stressing on this whole ppm shit because one person says that I am too low and one says I am too high. I read the FN bottle and it says at 5ml you should have a ppm of around 600 so I figured the 8ml (lucas formula) would put me right around where I am now @ 875 and everything looks great exept the purple leaf stems. I really want to get this Hydro down.

Yea @ .5 man i would say they are just to high. If everything else is right that has to be your problem. With 5.8 PH I would be running 500-600, 550 would be good. They will grab ass and go.

Ok, I'm going to follow your advice and tomarrow when I put them into their big buckets I will put them at 500 to 600 ppm and leave them. I would like to get them into bloom within the next couple of weeks.

I also planted some new beans yesterday. I was gifted 15 GodBud 2.0 beans by the boys over at the Depot because they heard that I lost my last Godbud pheno and wanted to show their support. I am looking for a good male to cross back into a few choice strains and maybe I can find some with these little ones.

Soaked em in water till they sank, Overnight. Some of them were already cracking.

I put them in some of ******s pit pots I had left from an earlier grow.
