There is a Missouri medical marijuana program, but in name only. The law states that only patients suffering from epilepsy are eligible to use cannabidiol (CBD) oil, and that the oil must be derived from hemp, and not marijuana. Hemp lacks many of the medicinal qualities marijuana, and many advocates believe it is nowhere near as effective as a medicine.

Efforts to expand the Missouri Medical Marijuana program fell short.
States listed are either legal or have a bonafide MMJ program.

The hemp industry really has nothing to do with Marijuana.. I think the feds/monsanto want more hemp in the US to eradicate outdoor Cannabis for good.

The motivations are just as spiritual and social aa they are economical. Corporations hate nature and want all of us to forget it even existed by the year 2050

Only para-quoting what Missouri states regarding hemp. One day, they'll have a more comprehensive program.
