Come one come all first grow starting coco

New grower here new to forums as well I am setup with a 5x5 grow tent started them off in rapid rooter cubes switched them over to 1 gal smartpots with coco perlite mix 70/30 under florescent light putting out 6500k. For two weeks they are now 18 days old under 1000w mh. I flushed and pretreated my coco with half strength nutes for 24 hrs before putting seedlings in pots. I am running 6/9 nutes formula watering about 100ml a day on half strength nutes. So far things look good excited to see how they progress.

Is there a place for the runoff to go, or does it just suck back up into the pots? If you don't have a place for the runoff to go, find one. One of the keys with coco is to get proper runoff. If it doesn't runoff to waste, you can get problems with salt buildup.

I am currently waiting on a flood table to come in I will raise them up a bit so they aren't sitting in water and then either suck the runoff out as needed or set up some kind of automatic drainage for it

Nice. Drill a hole in the collection well (you'll know it when you see it) and insert a bulkhead fitting. You can then attach a hose and snake it wherever you want it.

Don't forget to offset the level so the tray drains to one side.
