Safety of Earth Tone 3 in 1 disease control

Just this guy, ya know?
Is this stuff safe to use on a marijuana seedling?

It says the active ingredients are Sulfur and Pyrethrins and then the other 98% are inactive. It also says it is safe for "vegetables, fruits and nuts" while at the same time saying it is "not for use in agricultural crops or crops for resale". I've read pyrethrins are derived from Chrysanthemum and should be safe. I won't be selling any of this bud, but that last line is worrying me.

I said fuck it and sprayed the seedling. Everything seems fine so far and I haven't seen a single bug. If the plant turns hermie or I grow three heads or something I'll let you guys know.
