Looking to replace my 650W HPS setup for a 3x3. Citi 1212, 1218, 1825, or Vero ?

So I'm looking to replace my current setup of 400W HPS + 250W HPS for my 3x3 tent.

I first tought of going with 9 Citizen 1212 to have one cob/sq ft, but price is actually higher than what I tought when I add the heatsinks and everything.

So then I tried to play a bit with the DIY calculator to find more possible and cheaper solution, and this is what I cam with so far :

1825 :

x 4 = 140euros for COB + 40euros Heatsink = 180euros - PPFD = 744 @ 1.4A = 304W
x 6 = 210euros for COB + 60euros Heatsink. = 270euros - PPFD = 848 @ 1.05A = 337W

1818 :

x6 = 115euros for COB + 60euros Heatsink = 175euros - PPFD = 796 @ 1.05A = 344W

Vero :

x 4 = 84 euros + 40euros Heatsink = 124euros =
x 6 = 126 euros + 60 Heatsink = 180euros - PPFD = 674 @ 1.4A = 333w

1212 :

x 9 = 90euros + 100euros Heatsink = 190euros

Which setup do you think would be the most efficient ? I'm looking at weight and quality, electricity consumption is not that much important for me right now. But heat is important, I need to have less heat than my current setup tho.

i run one 1212 per sq ft and i like it. the specs you have on the 1818 look good for the price too. efficiency wise i would think the 1212's since youre splitting the wattage up so well but it depends on the generation of the chip too

@Desert Hydro,
if i push a citizen 1212 c4 gen 5 to have an output of 50w for a single cob,
i'm doing something wrong?
I mean in terms of performance.
