It looks like a grub hard to tell. Doesn't look like any cannabis pest . Are they abundant or is it just 1 random bug you've found ? Propane torch to the top of the soil works wonders. Just get the top layer good n smoking . It's much less stinky outdoors

It looks like a fungus gnat larva.

They're deadly to germinating seeds. However if there is something else to eat, they're not necessarily a problem to seedlings and mature plants.

Fungus gnats are also a sign of overwatering.

Fungus gnat are really only a big prob with seedlings as TM says.I run a constant battle with them in the summer,autumn months and use nematodes every 3/4 weeks to get rid of them or to water in soil before starting seeds

sincerely i have a soil who keep water in him loong time, since my plant grow never was dry soil but plant dont show signs of overwatering, thanks guys
