sudden testosterone boost.... doping???
I got on a 2 car train that went straight up the mountain tracks (like these) while I was in Switzerland in '73, it clunked along slowly, and loudly as it jerked you (each time a mechanical cog locked) all the way to the mountain top cafe. I sat on the deck sipping a hot cocoa while looking down @ cows in a field below me (way below) as clouds drifted past below me, but higher than that pasture. It was a cog train as I recall.
I was so reluctant to get onboard that claptrap of a train for the descent
