Need advice about soil-mix

i have been so unlucky my latest grow with multiple problem, P-defficiency, wrong ph, calcium problems and so on.
can anyone give me a good ratio when im mixing the soil.
the ingridients i have in hand

perlite
Bat guanu
Lime
bird castings
dried blood meal
dried bone meal
cow manure
soil

what ratio should i use in my mix? lets say im wanna mix 100L (25 us gallon)
is there anything more i should add/take away in my mix?

I feel like in the end it will need time and testing in your own environment to dial in your soil recipes
