as to your question, round and round. but i don't think that was inferred.

the energy (electrical) should be shunted to battery banks for conversion as the wind don't blow consistently or continuously so the output is worthless for lamps/lights and is pretty low in amperage, as my understanding implies.


did you plan on trying this, or was your question rhetorical?
