We've got a couple males here. First pic is one of two females. Still looking healthy a week in. The next two are the males and will go outside to play.

I'm going to pop the rest of the pack and get these numbers back up.

Let's get caught up.

Right off the bat: if you are looking for Grapefruit- look no further. I spent twenty minutes last night just smelling and smelling and smelling. Maybe it's because I haven't pulled down any flower in a while but I think it's because this particular smell is just awesome. One is a little sweeter- a little more 'gum' but the other is uncanny.

The light, fan, exhaust, and CO2 all got held up in shipping during the heart of the Corona mess. I was afraid I would not have something to share. You can start to tell from the following pics when supplies began to arrive by their progress. You can also tell that time I missed a feed ;)

This first run will be just fine- the next will be better. I think we're going to be just beyond 8 weeks when all is said and done. The yield will not break any records but there will be plenty for a head stash.

Harvest- day 60. These could have gone a few more but I had some excellent plants of these same seeds ready to take their place for the summer. These worked out pretty great but I think the next batch will be better. Thanks for the pack, Panikz. I'll return with trimmed shots and a smoke report when all is cured and ready.

Day 28 on these both. Went a little heavy on the bloom booster at the start. No herms but difficulty getting weight being topped twice. I recommend not topping at all on this strain. That's where I found the best results. (So far as small pots/low headroom are concerned.)

Trim shots from the last run. Cure has been worth it. At first, one was a little cheesy on the front end. That has since passed. Nothing but citrus now. I passed out a lot of this and have had nothing but good reviews. One tells me he was able to finish a song he had been working on for a while and another simply says, 'IT GETS ME STONED.'

I secured a spot for a female with good structure at the new building. Probably won't get to a production run for a bit but I'll get some more test shots.

Interesting. I'm about halfway through flowering of my first run of this myself. I topped the 4 plants I have a couple of times and LST'd during early flowering, and they bushed out nicely. Here's the 4 plants I have going now at 28 days, I have no idea how much the flowers will fill up or what:

I think my issue is lack of light/pot size. I'm running a 315 and it's crowded in there. I trained as well and began with what seemed like monster leads. Am I expecting too much for 4 weeks? Maybe I'm over generalizing. It just seems light/lacking on every main. 3rd pic in my above post- that was topped twice and all I got was stretching.

Perhaps its the phenos, perhaps the potassium/nitrogen modulation got out of control. Who's to say. I like the resin and stank- we'll keep her around for a while ;)

I guess we'll see in 5 weeks or so.. You already got thru one flowering cycle, right? How does this grow compare to the previous? Mine did stretch quite a bit as well, which is why I resorted to LST. You're running a 315, in in a 4x2 tent, right? That seems totally adequate lighting to me. I'm running around 480w of LED in a 4x4.

I thought this one was going to be a bit heavier from the get go. Everything went way smoother than the first time around. I'm just going to wait and see, I'm probably over thinking it.

Forgot some other trimmed pics.

Overall, This strain has been a pleasure to run. Great smells, intense stickiness. I think any fears I had over weight were exaggerated/overthinking. These past two runs have demonstrated what you can accomplish with limited root space and less light penetration and the results are right in line with what you would expect- and more where the colas are concerned. Let's be real- my 315 didn't do much for lowers on most of my plants anyway. Indagroove successfully showed the uniformity and weight you can achieve with more roots and light and I have nothing but applause for their results.

I saw some numbers posted and I would like to mimic that breakdown:

Smell: 8 (Grapefruit as advertised!) And on one something sour to go with it.
Density: 9 (a little cure went a Long way)
Weight: 7-8 (ymmv)
Ease to grow: 7 (staking is advised)
Stability: 9-10 (tolerated light leak and high heat pretty darn well)
Stoniness: 7-8 (I've had no complaints and people are asking for more)
Ease of trim: 7
Run it again?: Yes and I will soon. We got our license and a female is in the building already awaiting final sexing. She'll go under 1000w with trellis, CO2, a stronger ec, the works.
