probably due to your first lot of seeds getting lost in transit ,
ie , they were found by customs who alerted the cops ,
who then were obliged to come and see you ,
that is i guess if you are growing at the address you got the seed sent too ??
but its ok other than the loss of the weed because there wont be any penalty ,
unlikely even a fine for that these days man ,
a guy i grew with , who got busted with the patch ,
went to court recently for the 300 plants , plus 15 kg of dry material ,
and never even got a fine ,
2 year good behaviour bond was all he received ,
its doubtful your would even warrant a conviction recorded ...

Might have been a complaint, they say there are 10's of thousands of seeds stopped at the border annually
Due to some court action about 13 years ago I have a firearms prohibition order against me, they come every couple of years looking for guns (which they never find), the last time they came I had a plant growing indoor and went to court for it but I got it thrown out (no lawyer/liar).

It seems a lottery from crop busts I’ve heard of in NSW. Eradication squad can harvest commercial grows next to houses and leave, no charges, whilst local coppers will happily haul you before the courts for a few plants. It’s f*#@ked up that there’s so much discretion. I gave up caring and try to stay below Cog’s suggested No.
I’d imagine a lot of us would be in BF’s database for intercepted seeds. I usually cool it if I loose two shipments, then restart. Haven’t had the courtesy letter minus the seeds arrive though.

Ive never sent seeds to where I'm growing, too paranoid for that lol. But good to see some fellow countrymen with some nice OD plants going. Best of luck with them guys
