How can I get this oily BHO to firm up?

Extracted this a couple days ago and it's been under vac purge. The smell is amazing. I want to load it in my pen, but it's a total gooey mess. I even put it in the freezer for a few minutes, which usually firms stuff up. What can I do?

Is your vac leaking/not pulling hard enough? Seems like symptoms of resisdual solvent or you have an excessive amount of terps...spread it out as thin as you can and vac around 90f and look for reaction.
