easiest way to get rosin from fresh frozen bud?

i fresh froze a bunch of bud to make bho
now i'd rather make rosin
should i take the bud out of the freezer, let it dry and press it?
or make bubble hash and press that?

Nobody has an opinion? I would think one would make bubble and press that; to spend less time at the press. Not sure, I am still learning the art of rosin.
