Hi there everyone ive already tossed a plant because I believed it had hermied now looking at other plants I'm seeing what i believe to be balls but some balls shoot pistils and have short stems. F24 full on female buds forming with these little things on the plants also.
Could i be mistaken and these are female preflowers?

Those are hermies.

The solutions are:

1. Remove the individual flowers,
2. Remove the lower branches where most hermies are.
3. Grow different plants.

There is usually a reason why plants hermie. It's either genetic, or the stress the plant is under.
