Hey everyone. :peacock:
I haven't been on a holiday for as many years back as I can remember and with summer times coming soon I feel like I should allow myself a little trip some place nice this year.

I want to travel somewhere that cannabis either is a part of the culture or greatly accepted. I have been thinking about Morroco, Amsterdam and Denmark but I would love to hear some suggestions. I don't have a huge budget either but oh well, hope someone can help me out! :tiphat::ying:

Thanks for the replies, I should note that the states might be to expensive so I'm mainly looking for places in Europe and the likes, but oh my god.. I would really love going to the states..

Some good options in here.
Morocco (Riff Mountains), Spain (Canary Islands, Bcn,etc), Amsterdam, Portugal (Lisbon& any decent beach) , Uruguay (S.José, Mvd, Punta Del Diablo) are all good places to go on your own. Speaking the local languages or having a local guide is essential. Both is perfect.
Have fun and enjoy your well deserved holidays.

Europe isn't cheap either.

If you haven't been to the West Coast, I'd highly recommend it.

I'm from the east. Driving up and down the pacific highway, drinking stumptown coffee in Seattle, eating malaysian in Vancouver, and eating a voodoo donut in Portland made my trip to the west one I'll never forget.

NorCal or Amsterdam, followed by Spain. For the lone Male traveller, it's no contest, Amsterdam every time.

Amsterdam is very expensive. USA is 10x cheaper. I'd like to hit up the west coast, Barcelona seems like a very attractive destination these days in many aspects, Morocco has different styles of accommodation for every budget.

Barcelona beaches are extremely mehh....

Only nice ones are about an hour out and they still aren't too amazing. Best one i've been to had the misfortune of being directly across from a ship building yard, not exactly scenic.

Head over to Mallorca or Ibiza if you want beaches.

In Ibiza, go to Atlantis. Its a hike, but its the most beautiful hidden beach I've ever been to. Or you can rent a boat and take it there, its gorgeous.

There is a restaurant half way up the hill in Old Ibiza towards the giant castle, its reliable but only decent. By the casino, there is a italian restuarant that is out of control, pricey but amazing.

Barca is a confusing, but amazingly beautiful city amongst other great sites.
But, for the lone male traveler, the convenience, ease of nightlife, , transit, and a small
Area, the canal zone. Plus the preponderance of English speakers, for those who do not know Spanish...
Again, Amsterdam every time. Maybe a week long charter flight somewhere warm, then return to AMS. I've done this over ten times, and it always satisfies.. Spain AND Holland...

yes of course, Barcelona is not famous for its beaches, but it has and you can go and have a nice swim, with all the tourist girls and them head to one of the 400?? cannabis club there are in the city.... (how many coffeshop are left in AMS???)

and agreed Ibiza and Mallorca, and Formentera.... ARE amazing, but there are not but the OP was asking
