Does this mean that the case of the judge's ruling in Leon County (Tallahassee, state capital) is not going to be decided by the State Supreme Court then? Or is this just another back-water ruse by more incompetent politicians mucking it up some more?
To me, this is just another case of, "If you can't dazzle em with brilliance and facts, baffle em with bullshit". That defines Florida's politics right there.
