Blumat Two Stop Quick Connect Thru Hull Adaptor?

So these you twist & it shuts off both ends is that correct? Plug & play to reconnect just twist back in I would imagine? Could save having to use an on/off valve true? I would tend to trust a separate on off valve & disconnect to be honest but thought I'd ask.. Anyone used em before? https://www.sustainablevillage.com/quick-connect-bulkhead-fitting-w_-stop-on-both-ends-8mm

And would I be right in assuming these "Professional Quick-Connect Adapters-8mm to 8mm, with disconnect stop" are just that.. Connecters that stop automatically when disconnected or is there a slight twist required? They sound great do they actually work? Are the fittings with "one stop" going to leak at one end and "double stop" like the bulkhead in previous post going to seal both ends? Thanks..

You are correct. These bulk head fittings and quick connects only allow water to pass through when then are connected. To connect or disconnect just give a half turn. They are medical quality, so very reliable. We use them all the time.
