thrips are easy
one word *Spinosad* , found in a few different solutions you will have to use google
find it, use it as a spray and soil drench
spray your walls and floor and outside and under pots as well.
diatomaceous earth and nematodes are also not a bad idea if thrips are a natural problem in your outside environment.
