so i have this bed with a bunch of peppers (chillies, bells, banana). i have never grown peppers before.
now they are all fruiting, and are doing well, but i cannot for the life of me tell bananas, hungarian wax, and anaheims apart. the ones in question are 5-6 inches long, about an inch in diameter, maybe more. i picked what i thought to be bananas, and they ended up being hot, so now i think i actually picked h.wax. but also, some bananas are supposed to be slightly hot.
o man im pretty confused. please help.
also, how do you tell when serannos, poblanos, and jalapenos are ripe??? im pretty sure i can figure out when to pull cayennes.
