This is wonderful news guys. This guy Donald Tashkin has officially changed his stance on the legality and health dangers of mj.

UCLA's Tashkin studied heavy marijuana smokers to determine whether the use led to increased risk of lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD. He hypothesized that there would be a definitive link between cancer and marijuana smoking, but the results proved otherwise."What we found instead was no association and even a suggestion of some protective effect," says Tashkin, whose research was the largest case-control study ever conducted.

Good stuff. Perhaps if I get busted I can show the judge proof that someone whose family has a history of cancers(lung) deserves the right to try and.... ahhh, nevermind, judges won't listen. Not to mention, some sleezy prosecutor will be bending his ear. I mean, afterall, he and the cop will need a bust to pad their record for future promotions.

Great Study and ALWAYS great to get one converted but I FEAR IT'LL MEAN SHIT!

Look at Arnold S. runnin CALI and can't get the FEDS off their jock. IF OBAMA is true to his word and they aren't going to raid the CALI dispensosries, why the hell does it keep happening? It is a PATHETIC showing of a socalled democracy we now live in! CORPS. and the policitcians in their pockets rule the world.

because the state/dea enforcement agencies (leo, dea) FIND ways to bust them. the rule is pretty much they only get raided if they violate state AND federal laws; violating just federal won't amount to anything since the new AG took place....anyway, a lot of the places getting busted are getting busted for various reasons...not paying taxes...running weed illegally to non-med patients, violating any state+Fed law, etc.

they aren't allowed to just raid a dispensary if the dispensary complies with ALL state laws. and isnt hustlin' on the side.

All the way around. I feel better..

An Anti cannabis friend thought they would get me on "Alzheimers" and cannabis.. When we googled it all we saw was Cannabis may help Alzheimers brains.

Now I can say there is no link to cancer we can tell after a long study. That's the other argument.

Should we be surprised a mish mash Congress and Senate plus a guy with Socialist leans and ways of buying up companies with tax dollars is not actually interested in Gov by the and people for the people?

Obama told everyone what they needed to hear, but he sure never mentioned spending so many trillions. I was surprised to hear in his ME speech he said people around the world have the right that their government not steal from them.
