Why do not bloom. 4 weeks, 12/12

Clones did not bloom for 4 weeks 12/12. Already the light of their 0/24 ... three times a week. It did not help. But the two clone yet begun to bloom, and then those branches that shade.
What is the problem? Maybe from the ideal conditions?

1) Some kind of light leak

2) Very cold temperature will delay or prevent blooming in many strains

3) Make sure you are feeding the plants plenty of nutrients

They do not bloom for 4 weeks 12/12. 3 times a week I was doing 0 hours of light and 24 hours of the night. It did not help the beginning of flowering. Vegetation continues at 12/12.
This is something incredible.

ps. ...sorry for my english, writing by the translator.

1. ... no leakage
2. 22 night, day 28
3. Feeding a good 900ppm, ph 5,8-5,9.

High humidity of 70-80% may be a reason not flowering?

ps. Your picture does not help:)

I think you should stop with the 24 hours of darkness, 3 times a week.

Leave them alone to get used to 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness.

I left my reply very simple because of the language barrier.

I can't see excess nitrogen causing a 4 week flowering delay. Especially at 900ppm, were your clones taken from a mature plant? If you were indeed running some funky 24 hour cycle 3 days a week i'd think that's the cause of your problems, 12/12 everyday is all you need.

That depends on how much nitrogen.... especially at 900ppm.

YES... heavy nitrogen feeding can seriously delay or stop cannabis from flowering, in most strains.

Glad you figured it out. :D
