No my friend I actually use a similar style of cure on very airy sativa buds when I am after the golden cure.
It usually results in a very aromatic yellow cure that tastes and smells amazing. The highs are very up beat and very different from the deep lysergic highs from the darker cures.
In these pics you can see the darker cob cure and then the Golden cure one of my favorite styles of curing, you should be in for a treat.

Neiko, how "fresh" were your buds?
Its very difficult to predict finished weight I would sell them by the gram like you buy salami you can get them close but due to unknowns like water loss its never going to be exact.
I would not have a problem buying a slice of this cob or that cob especially for tasting purposes.

How does one get that golden cure Tangwena? I'll be taking my Carnival in a couple weeks. They tend to cure golden anyway, so I'd like to replicate that with the cobs.

Stage made a little video, in his excitement. Thought I'd share it here, but I don't know how to load in a video. I can give you the YouTube address, if that'll help. https://youtu.be/nDZOQ1tnh0U

It warms my heart to see them take to the task with such passion and creativity. See why I'm so devoted to them?

Thats amazing I will have to pat him on the back ha ha.
I cant wait to see subsequent episodes maybe when he has chewed it after a couple of hours ha ha that I would pay to see.
seriously though that blew me away.
I will do a montage of pics when I cure my next lot especially the Golden Tiger golden cure. I have a some seeds of the 3rd mix of Golden Tiger it would look nice as a golden cob I think.

Keep the pics coming my friend but there is no way in the world that has 7 weeks to go my friend, it hasn't even started full on flower yet.
Start counting from the first real flowers and then you will have something worthy of cobbing.
The more mature the flowers the higher you will go and if its too strong you take less. But start with the best you can get.
Its worth the wait and may change your life forever.

Il’l start the countdown clock when they start full flower like you suggest.

Have you tried malawi x panama cob before? If so im interested in the effects, very much.
I cant get good sativas around here, only hybrids so i am really looking to make a dream experience with these cobs and fly to the moon with my enano vape i will probably have enough to last me QUITE a long time.

They really should send you a referral check for the amount of new customers going to ace genetics hHahaha.

Johnhova, I grew out Aces Tropical Mix once before, and the females are going to require at least 90 days of flowering. Up to 120 days is not out of the question either.
