Hc will tell you without the paperwork in your hands you are not legal to grow. If yours is taking longer then 4 weeks file the statement of claim trumel has drawn up and that has gotten many people's licenses magically issued to avoid hc having to pay anything.

6 months for DG paperwork 30g/day licence..

Made me jump thru a couple extra hoops that stretched it out an extra 3 weeks...

FYI if you DG, include photocopy of Drivers licence, your Health card, and some proof you own the property (tax bill)...
