On a Sunday....probably can CALL the manager if nothing else....unless the manager is worshiping the good lord and cannot be reached until done.

Hope they just give a replacement and you are on your way!

Well I'm back and slightly pissed. Had to call the manager and told me they need to send it to gavita to be tested. Didn't even have a replacement in stock even if they wanted to replace it(which they wouldn't have).
So yeah basically told them they suck at customer service and my regular shop in Ann Arbor would have just given me a bulb and then dealt with the aftermath themselves like any decent shop would.
Fucking eight grand in lights and they don't even have a bulb in stock for me? That's what I get for trying to support the new local shop in town.

thats what you get for price shopping....every time you save money in the grow room it turns into a loss at some point it seems...

nice post ride nap today...best get to doing....nothing for the rest of the day!

WTF, Most shops can test a bad bulb in house., It doesn't take much to test it.

Except that I wasn't price shopping, spent an extra $400 to get them at my local shop. Guess I should've inquired about there warranty policy before I bought.
If I wanted to deal with turnaround I would have ordered them from growers house.

Yeah, that’s kinda stank of them after you spent so much with them. And after all those lights, they don’t even have a bulb in stock for you just in case?!

yup,i was expecting the local grow shop would at least meet me in the middle on bulbs...i miss the old shop,i had a credit line there...made it easy when i needed something right now...
