oh yea, the sun is great today. was down at eastern market and saw a deal for some oyster mushrooms, 5lbs for 12$!

had some delicious quiche and home fries at russel street deli and snagged those fantastic beignets.

I am cooking them now. I took a onion, seasonings, mushrooms, and that kabob meat and am frying them in some butter now.

Here is a couple of pictures of his left over mushrooms in the box and in the frying pan. I traded some Cherry Pie buds for them. His cut of the Cherry Pie he gave me.

I mixed Jack Daniels and sake, once. Never made that mistake again. Lol. Glad I don't drink much anymore. I am to old and grumpy to deal with hangovers. Hope you feel better soon.
