I agree and disagree... outdoor time is faster than indoor time, many studies to prove this., sunsets help as well which most don't simulate inside.

Your right, moonlight won't effect growth indoors but it will outside (effect a plants timing not so much growth), it speeds up the plants internal clock which effects many things.

I'm pretty sure on earth plants inside or outside are effected the same by gravity my friend

Exactly what drives this plants flowering response is vast, the above being just one.

This is exactly what I am seeing. If something gets out of whack it's a special top dress or foliar, however everything is getting the same fertigation. Even in flower.

2-2-1 early veg, then 1-2-1 after about 4 weeks till end... I have a starter soil and a switch blend I use too, very similar though ratio wise.

I make up for the N in veg with a top dress.

Also run a starter soil in anything under 1 gallon and a big veg plant mix in 5 gallons before transplants to beds. I separate my veg by plant size generally. Anything over 12-16" gets a big veg mix and nutrient rates, all under that get diluted nutrients and a less dense starter soil.

N is always under 100 in my res.

Let me clarify. If you take the moonlight spectrum and ppfd and apply it to an indoor plant you don't see any appreciable changes.

They sap study was done on our door plants without an indoor control.

Other than raising the electric budget is there any down side to constant growth? They grow some great product in Alaska and the dark time isn't much.
The plant breathes in, the plant breathes out. In is light > photosynthesis > sugar production. Out is greatly enhanced by lights out > sugar out the roots > feeds the microbes > break down minerals and chelate them. And lights on those minerals are taken up and the cycle repeats

So not important for hydro. Little bit important for slows method. Damn important for los.

Imo of course
