Legal 200 plant, 1100 sqft, 200 amp. Looking for suggestions on setup

Like the title says I have 200 plant limit and am upgrading to 200 amps from 125. There are 3 rms. Rm(1)26x20/(2)20x20/(3)20x10.

The 26x20 room has 12 foot ceilings and concrete floors. The 20x20 has slanting ceiling from 10-7 ft with dirt floor. The 20x10 has 10 ft ceiling and concrete floor.

My current plan is 16 Gavitas in Rm1 (flower). 8-12 Mag ballast/MH in Rm2(Veg) and Dry/work/clone/mother space in rm3.

Still undecided on running 3 25k-28k btu Window ac units and a c02 burner or a vented room for rm 1. Planning vented for rm2 (lots of time to veg).

Planning 100 in flwr/100 in veg crop every 2 months.

I am considering doing a coco/perlite 50/50 mix drip fed in Air pots.
Would also top/mainline/lst for 16 tops per plant and then defoliate the 16 tops. Leaving lots of fans below the tops and exposed to side lighting.

I use gavita with 4x6 footprint= 24 sq ft x 16 gavitas = 384 sq ft/100 plants is approx 4 sq ft per plant. Thats a 2x2 plant with 16 tops. Each foot contains 4 tops.

Probably build a frame around each row of lights to hang netting and keeps tops up/seperated.

If I go with coco/perlite I am thinking of draining with plywood with corrugated roofing plastic on top.

For the veg space I think I will poly the floor and then put plants in tables.

I usually do vented rooms ran at night with heater and dehum during lights off in winter or (small) ac and dehum in summer.
Proxmix 2/3 -perlite 1/3- handful of ewc. Hand watered/2 gal pots/ 1 sq ft per plant/8 gavitas/6 tables.

I currently have 9 Gavita. Practically unlimited mag ballasts/reflectors/mh/hps bulbs. 4 -10 inch canfan. 2 giant carbon filters. Lots of dehums/temp (on/off) /heater etc...

Any thoughts/input/suggestions on scheduling, running DTW coco-perlite, sealed vs vented in flower room, my mainline/lst/topping plan etc...??. If I run sealed flower rm I will be pushing it with the power consumption.

Cheers!!

If your in an area with a cold climate, you will have condensation issues from the window units. Install splits

Consensation on the units or in the room?
What if build a box and vent the AC units.(intake from outside exhaust to outside with fan pulling air

A little janky but cost about 1/3 of the price when you include installation

Then you’ll get condensation & ice build up inside the box you build, unless you heavily insulate that box & keep the warm air in the room away from the cold outside air & thus cold window unit.

Splits are just so much more efficient & reliable.... but I got a whole slew of old window bangers if you want to buy them! Ha
