As soon as the doctor signs off on your medical form, you can legally grow as Pangea’s statement proves. He sent in his papers in August. HC approved his doctors prescription, and his license expires 12 months later in August. So he was technically legal to grow from August TIL December when he physically got his paperwork. Don’t miss out on an entire crop folks!

Almost 3 months. Guess i got 1 or 2 left to stew. Funny i did already do a small crop i suppose illegally before i even applied but now that i should be legal i dont want a charge related to growing illegally while under the acmpr program effectivly removing any chance of running a fully legal business or getting security clearance. Guess i gotta play by the rules. The hell takes so long to approve these things??

Heads up to those putting in DG paperwork.
As a DG you will also have to provide physical proof you own the property...in my case property tax bills... 5.5months total.. I'd send the proof with the paperwork next time Just to be safe... what a PITA ..why don't they ask for it in the first place.....seriously. |
