From the very beginning of this weed thing, plants have been sneaked out of restricted facilities and spread to the masses.

G13, UDubb, Berkeley, etc, etc, etc. The list goes on forever.

UW and G13 never came from govt or restricted facilities. I'm not against doing it, but I wouldn't be admitting to it either, for the sake of the facilities' license. Not sure how can be selecting and breeding if you don't grow the plants or own the place its being done at, but I guess everyone entitled to their own definitions in this industry. With that logic, I have several facilities growing thousands of seeds I made that are selecting and breeding for me too.

Some would argue growing a plant at the risk of asset forfeiture, losing everything you ever worked for due to fines and taxes and many years of incarceration, is "pretty stupid".

Yet here we are and the ONLY reason, what ever METRC is, even exists is because of the brass balls on all us stupid people.

Is it just me, or does the cannabis world seem like a completely different universe in the last couple years? The need to even explain some of this stuff makes me feel like I'm in the twilight zone. What happened to everybody? Is THIS what money does to people? Or is this what a flooded market and the loss of income does to people?

I don't know, but things have gotten weird. I don't care much for the mentality of this new scene.

The whole breeder game is different today, and all those expectations of the past are gone in the wind....if someone doesn't like s breeder or the way he conducts his business, its simple...just do not support his business...but standing back and pointing fingers isnt the answer...honestly there arent many breeders that fill your breeder expectations, and yes there are guys who just make seeds that are cashin in..jus my two cents..DJXX
