Top of the morning to you ladies and gents

Just have a quick question regarding a thought I recently had. I have been running vert for some time now and recently had an idea of training a plant around a bulb with the bulb in the centre surrounded by some screen. Sort of like a donut but with one plant instead of many... has anyone had any experiences doing so or know of any threads I can read up about it? I’ve looked everywhere to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
