As it goes it depends how much you been in trouble before, how old you are, mitigating circumstances or reasons to be harsh at sentence

You'll get a third off for a guilty plea If it goes to court

Possession of a gram of sniff is only a fine these days mate tbh

I'd say go guilty as early as you can and take it on the chin

Probly a fine tbh and possibly a drug worker session for a few weeks tops

Your getting a bit paranoid mate just don't let em find you with 6000 zopiclone or even viagra for a while yet and you'll be ok

I don't think benzos are a felony in the states. It's less of a narcotic than major opiates.

I got busted with codeine in a suicide attempt. Got 60 days. Worst is if they tack on probation. Also could of gotten theft of drug which may be felony, I dunno. Didn't get probation, just 60 days.

Some courts have treatment programs. These are harder than usual programs. Jail might be rough but it's shorter than years probation and usually cheaper. Thing was I had a case going to court when the very day of my release from the 60 days. Really didn't want a revolving door back to jail, the very same damn day. Got house arrest and probation. It was a program and somewhat more than felony probation. Had to see the judge once ever 2 damn weeks.

Best least stress is just seeing a po once a month with almost no drug tests. But ya never know when they want one. On felony paper I would smoke 2 weeks after po appt. Then detox 2 weeks and test myself with reagent prior to appt. Had no randoms. If ya have randoms, stay clean. If it's lab tests, reagents don't test that low. Piss cups are easiest to pass. Labs ate 15/ml and reagents are 50/ml for cut off. That's days difference, maybe a week or more detox time.

Also, benzos aren't worth much to me. Not worth much if anything.

Ya did't say legal. Different class. Big difference from felony state prison and small county jail misdemeanor.
