Problema Ordine.
Salve ragazzi,
l'altro ieri ho effettuato un ordine su seedsman.com, ad ordine finito e pagato mi hanno scritto che sarebbe arrivata un email di conferma. Quindi sono andato a controllare ma non c'era nulla e non c'è tutt'ora.
Ho contattato di conseguenza seedsman tramite support e non rispondono da più di due giorni...
Nel mio account seedsman, sulla cronologia ordini, risulta che l'ordine è stato effettuato ma non ancora spedito, cio'è è fermo da 2 giorni... davvero non capisco cosa stia succedendo.
Che cosa posso fare?

Ciao StRa, scusami SpecialQueen volevo approfittare di questo post aperto perchè anche io ho un problema con un ordine su seedsman.com, mi dice che non ha ricevuto il pagamento, ovviamente ho inviato i BTC richiesti ma devo aver fatto un po di casini dal principio della transazione... puoi aiutare a capirci qualcosa anche a me ?? grazie
