Hmmm... am more interested does fish bites,did he catched anything except those lads?? i somehow like fishing stories,they are unreal usually but also so funny..

Well, he/we fish right beside the NO FISHING sign, if that helps

I also learned that the sea comes alive at night time, the waves calm down, and you suddenly become aware of lots of fish stuff going on, jumps, splashes, and big commotions as predators attack, things you hardly notice by day.

So, we put ourselves beside the sign at the end of the harbour for good reason, everything entering goes past that point... and the local fishermen also clean their catches 100m away, attracting predators including a Tuna type of 50+kg.

Another friend has a boat near the entrance to the Mediterranean, there the Tuna swarm before entering to spawn, he sent me a photo of 12+ biiig tuna he had nailed there in a few hours, almost certainly illegally, risking a potential 6 figure fine I think..

Another friend, a local, knew a guy on his native Menorca who was poaching Sea Bass (Lubina) in the National park (probably Fornells, or close) and selling them to restaurants.. in the end, they nailed him with a few... and then produced photos of him fishing on many other days, and carrying packets into restaurants.. Massive fines and or jail... Spain is great, but take great care when fucking about with Nature, the Polica Rurales/Forestales etc are highly well organised, efficient, and really not to be fucked with.

Can anyone please tell me which commercially available cheese hybrids have been made using Brightsides cheese cut?

Was it only OJD who made hybrids using Brightsides cheese cut, or were there other breeders using it?

Any word from OJD yet, Cheese gez?
