yea, I've grown Satori 3 different times in my life and I found a keeper each grow - Satori is a really special strain - this next grow I plan to make some F3's and BX to my mom so I can give the seeds out to other growers and share the Satori love

I just looked up Beyond the Brain at my seedshop but they're out of stock and I don't know if they'll replenish the seeds.

So beyond the brain produces more than Satori and is super potent that sounds crazy - I mean my Satori produces pretty well

420 is coming up ...... hope everyone has a good holiday

I used to keep two Satoris. The one I let go was more potent and produced much more than the one I kept. The high was too intense and tended to be dark. The one I kept (and have consumed every day for 4 years) has airy buds that are murder to trim but since 90% of what I produce goes into edibles, I don't really care. Very uplifting high. Take a little for happy times. A little more for euphoria. A little more and gently to sleep. Awesome stuff and it's the first weed to which I haven't developed a tolerance. The one I let go was squater with much denser buds and really nice colors at the end.

The Beyond the Brain pheno has produced more than twice as much per plant as the Satori I kept and that has been growing it as the red headed step child of the Satoris - couple of plants in the back corners, given what the Satori wants. First thing I've learned during the current mono-cropped BTB is that it wants twice the volume of feed the Satoris want. Oops. Going to be very interesting to see what it does as the star of the show.

Funny thing about the BTB is that I never intended to buy it. Since I'm completely happy with the Satori on the narrow leaf side of things, I decided to try Point of No Return to try to find a wide leaf plant I liked. Got too high, ordered the wrong seeds

thanks that made me laugh - intending to get Point of No Return but instead ordering Beyond the Brain, I do similar things all the time

The 2 I ran were pretty much what I expected. Indica dominant and fast. They were crystaly and skunky, with no real fruitiness. A relaxing high that to me was OK, but no revelation or anything.

NO herms, but they only went 8 weeks I think so i didn't really find out if she's a strain that likes to throw late nanners. It was also a low yielding plant in my garden.

Caveats are I'm not much of an indica fan, and 2 is in no way enough beans to get a REAL representation of what a pack of beans can do.
