What are de's again? And what is a "under current system"?

Kozmo, DE is just short for double ended lights (gavita) the bulbs plug in on both ends as opposes to the old school single ended blubs I still use that just screw in. Under current system refers to the Current culture h2o RDWC. They're a company who makes and sells systems it happens to be the one I am trying out right now. Def pricey set up but it has saved me a tremendous amount of time compared to my hand feeding coco for the last 7-10 years.
