Exclamation Ph, deficiency, pest? Help your noob

I have planted two Amnesia XXL from Dinafem (autos). They are both about 2 weeks old and were doing fine until I watered two days ago.

The unhappy one is in a regular 25lt plastic pot. The soil is: 70% BioCanna Bio Terra Plus, 15% Perlite, 15% Coco, + 3 - 5cm thick mulch layer made of wood bark. I haven't fed them anything yet.

I water with tap water that's around 8 Ph before adjusting it with some vinegar.

So the next day I noticed some yellowish spots on the upper leaves and weird twirling-folding. Tips are also brown and twirling upwards. This was the third watering if I remember correctly

The other one is thriving beautyfully(though it's a different setup). 25lt Felt pot, 40% BioCanna Bio Terra Plus, 40% BioBizz Light mix, 10% Perlite, 10% Coco.

Thanks in Advance <3
