Go buy your own place. When it's your own place you can do almost anything you want. HOA's can stop you from growing though. Respect the man who most likely worked his ass off to own that property. Remember you actually have no right to grow your own crop on someone else's property.

I did the rental thing for a while and had to pack up my grow four times a year. In the end it was never really worth it and should of just waited until I got my own place
