Quick Question on Inbreeding Plants...
Hey there...
Inbreeding humans and other mammals is not sound...creates mutations.
In the world of plants we do inbreed trying to capture different traits in a strain.
Here's the question....I had a two-for-one seed with both tails healthy and so I ran them. In my small cubicle of a mind it seemed so simple...twins...two for the price of one...what a deal!!
Well...I was thinking along the lines of two females...identical twin towers of Goji and SSDD . For some reason...I go back to the small cubicle of a mind point...I never considered that twins do indeed come out as identical but can be different in gender. So I have twins...one boy and one girl...They live in the same container...a five gallon paint bucket. If I do nothing...they will breed...so...what am I gonna get in the offspring...beauty or the beast??? Any ideas????

Its going to be the best pheno ever and be an IBL in one cross! Kidding..that would be the first time I've ever seen that done. Please share your results if you do. What would the progeny look like? Chemically induce twinning for quick isolations of a reg? Better make a separate thread for that one. It does seem like bad breeding practice, but if its just for fun...

I had the cowbell get mold in the fattest tops once. The sprinkler was hitting it though so that might have helped a little. It is one of the densest buds I've grown so the potential is there.

I pulled More Cowbell plant the other day.

I thought he was a she until he tea bagged the wind the other morning. The plant preflowered as female & there were balls coming from the previous preflowers as well as the entire top was covered w lil balls.

Anybody else experience this w MC?
I'm just curious but it's made me not want to use the MC males I've got.

soulmate Z and secret chief 3 turned out to be males. I tossed them both except the clone of the Z incase I bump into someone who wants to breed with him. I need more gas/stink in a dude if im gonna breed, the Z is very lavender/sweet/lemon cleaner, still strong & dope, just not my cup of tea.

I have not personally run the MC yet, but in my experience, ALL of the GSC x's I have run, have some sort of intersex issue... none had any common denominator, but all were finicky in some sort...all leads back to the GSC...
