I know this thread is old, but i just germed my Chem 4 x OTM. Got 8 out of 10 to crack open, a few of them did have a brownish tap root, but i put em in the ground anyways. so far got 6 out of the 8 poppin out of the ground. but like everyone was saying, very slow germ process. had to keep em in the paper towel for like 2-3 days.
