if you work for some one they consider to be involved in producing bud in any way, they can fine you 80k euro. even if you are working for minimum wage. if they consider your company is selling grow supplies to anyone growing more then 5 plants can be closed down and fined to bankruptcy. if you sell someone a whole kit you are gone. so the whole thing means grow shops can't really keep their doors open any more.

Exactly, they are pushing the Money even further away instead of spending them in Holland and sustain the economy there.

With coffeshops, sending Money away from country to stock up,
and now the same happening for gardeners looking for new tools n toys .. having to spend there Money outside of Holland.

as for the seed selling, it seems the rules change week to week. at the moment you can still buy 20 seeds max at sensi seeds shop for example. although that was 80 seeds a while back and might change again. it's certainly gonna be near impossible for a company to keep operating in these un certain conditions.

what happend to hortilabs seeds? they out of stock everywhere except seedbay... is he planning to restock?

concerning the dutch laws: even the conservative partry (VVD) put legalization of marijuana in their agenda for the next election so we will see what happens.
