Exactly, Robrites. Often when fishing streams, we take the seeds that are pale and toss them near river beds. Our thinking, whatever birds don't devour, a few voluteers will sprout/grow! Hve dumped many immature seeds into garden area to overwinter. Amazing that 20%+ sprout up the following spring....and those are the seemingly unviable seeds!
