Yep. Ballot measures passed for recreational MJ in Nevada, California, Maine and Massachusetts. The legal rec states are now up to 8 plus DC. They also passed medical MJ measures in North Dakota, Montana, Florida and Arkansas. Many said this many measures would not pass, including the uninformed on Leafly. I was optimistic and thought that they would all pass, but recreational MJ failed in Arizona by a very narrow margin. Maybe next time?

New England has joined the West and DC in legal rec weed. Nevada, California, Main and Mass., welcome to the legal weed club!
