If they catch your computer with your autologins and all, you might be screwed.

Don't know where are you from but here in northern europe that's the only way you gonna get your online activities compromised.

However if you're in the US I guess they already know everything about you starting from the size of your asshole and down to every internet site you ever visited.

In such case I'd argue in court that how can the prosecutor prove that it has been you on that computer. Desperate, but might work, who knows.

I think it is safe to assume that if you began each paragraph or advice session with something like, "I personally have no idea about ..........., but I have heard people say that ................ seems to work."

Good luck to any lawyers pinning anything you at that point.

Me: Not a lawyer.

If growing marijuana is illegal where you live, and the information you are publishing contains evidence of you breaking that law, then at the very least it would provide a basis for a formal investigation, including surveillance and search warrants of your premises.
The crime(s) in question are: possession of, cultivation of, or sale of the illegal substance. Not writing about it.

Not sure, but I believe in order to charge you with conspiracy, you need to have explicitly known someone else is breaking the law and concealed it, or benefited from the proceeds of someone else's illegal activities.
Regardless, you would be wise to avoid becoming involved in anyone else's activities while publishing your information on successfully doing something that may be illegal somewhere else.

Tax evasion is another charge that can be brought against someone who talks about selling weed or provides evidence of growing amounts far greater than could ever be consumed personally or given away to friends.

Depends on where you reside - and on the laws of the jurisdiction where your bank resides.

If you're in Singapore, I would be very careful.

There have been numerous websites over the years, Laughing Moon, Cannabis World, Cannabis Culture, and of course

==> IC MAG <==

Sh.t IC Mag dispenses a boatload of info - from a home base in England ?

If anything, the trick is standing out.

Personally I would like to see an article on the quantity of personal Cannabis websites there are. Probably 10's of thousands.

For learning HTML I suggest Lynda.com.

And independent websites like GoToandLearn.com, which used to be about Flash. But a lot of Flash functionality got absorbed into HTML5.

If you are near Sonoma County, I suggest taking web design classes at the Junior College there.

The professors would probably help you build the website, AND give you academic credit for it.

Marc was using proceeds from business to fuel legalization, not only in Canada, but the US, and maybe elsewhere. His intentions and actions were predominantly honorable, and it cost him big.

What ever folks may think or say of him, he was and is a dedicated legalizer and drug policy reform agent..

That outa' the way. I believe a couple decades ago, I recall reading that the DEA had a standing arrest warrant for Poppa Dronkers (Sensi Seeds) re. their selling some seeds to some folks from the US (legal activity in Holland then), and telling them how to grow them.

The young folks from the States got popped, told what they knew, and the DEA filed for a warrant. That's the way I remember it. (*Yes, conspiracy is a broad, loosely defined issue, sporting a 10-year beef, historically)

Mind you, Despite disclaimers re. not shipping out of country, etc. Dronkers/Sensi Seeds WAS (and is) a seed vendor, and at that time, thereby on the lunch menu at DoJ.

Waivers or disclaimers are good ideas, but not bullet-proof, especially when facing a jury of folks who get what information they do receive, from soap operas and sit coms, and what ever the good prosecutor told them to believe in..

Welder Dan and others are correct in my view; -IF- the Gov takes an interest in slam-dunking you, they're some creative parasites who can twist the English language to suit what ever needs they desire to appease.

All of -that- said, in this day and age, unless you're residing in the red-neck burb from Hell, there's so many larger issues on their plates at DoJ.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease, however, is still a valid general statement.
