Subject: Expand access to medical marijuana. Contact Person: Kate Cholewa Sponsor: Montana Cannabis Industry Association Type: Statutory initiative Received by SOS: February 29, 2016 Status: Qualified for general election ballot as of July 13, 2016. Signatures received and tallied by SOS: 27,550 of 24,175 total signatures needed; qualified in 51 of 34 legislative districts needed. County election officials will send verified petition signatures to the SOS through July 15 for SOS certification and tabulation. I wish you all the best Montana. North Dakota now has a vote on Medical Marijuana on November 8th. I hope both states have over whelming support!!! This has been a long time coming for us all. Thank you to all the people whom have worked so hard on our behalf. Peace
