you could also just pick up a small bottle of EM1 from any organic supply houses

If ya eat rice which if ya don't I highly recommend jasmine or arborio. Plop a blob of that on your soil, cover it so it doesn't dry out and watch your soil organisms come for it.

Both bugs and fungus, its yummy.

Heres a link to another recipe book with pretty much the same stuff but i still keep both handy.
cho's recipe book pdf

Most of the recipes involve fermenting then feeding/farming microbes, then repeat. btw, Dr. Cho is like the father of Korean natural farming practices, for those wondering who cho is

I can put a list together of other valuable pdfs/resources if more people are interested or this turns into a KNFT (korean natural farming tech) super thread.

Thx for the info!! Very interesting... always wondered how my grandma was such a good gardener... when she would work on the plants I would definitely see major health and happy vigorous plants... bet she uses these techniques...
